Special Weekly Devotional featuring Dave Maxham
Ever wondered if once you’ve been saved are you always saved? Or thought about when terrible things happen is it God punishing us? Well, in our special edition weekly devotional on September 25th Dave Maxham lead a discussion regarding tough questions we face in our world today. I have typed up a summary to the lesson and attached it to this email for anyone who missed it. I have also uploaded it to the iFit website along with the handouts that Dave passed out.
Weekly Devotional – Tuesday October 9
There is a weekly devotional at the cornerstone worship center at 7pm.
Doug and Lisa’s Dinner – Saturday October 13
We’ll have Croquette, Nutz, Nintendo Wii, and various other games.
Since the last game night started late, there wasn’t much time to goof off. So at the request of other members we’re going to start the event earlier, around 3pm. We’re going to order pizza for everyone.
Please bring a dessert, chips, or sodas.
Please respond to this email to let me know if you’re going to attend and what you’re going to bring. We need to estimate how much pizza is needed.

Dave and Buster’s – Tuesday October 23
The Cornerstone worship center is unavailable this week, so there is no devotional. However, we’re taking the crew to Dave and Buster’s at Arundel Mills Mall for good food and games. We’ll meet at D&B at 6:30-7pm
Eat&Play Combo: For $15.99 choose one of 25 entrees for dinner and receive $10 game card. Or upgrade it to $20 game card and dinner for $25.

Larriland Farms – Saturday October 27
Straw Maze, Hayrides, and Pick You Own Pumpkin.
We’ll meet at Cornerstone and carpool together to the farms. We’ll leave church around 12 noon. Please eat lunch before joining.

- LeAnn’s friend and previous worship team leader Mel and his son Bradley. They’re going through some tough family issues.
- LeAnn’s two co-workers who were diagnosed with cancer – They’re doing good with the treatments but please continue to pray for them.
- Ben’s sister Pat who had brain surgery to remove brain cancer
- Lisa’s Job Search
