Hey all,

4 FREE TICKETS TO NEWSBOYS AND KUTLESS CONCERTFour tickets to the concert in Newark, Delaware at the Bob Carpenter Center for the “GO TOUR” TOMORROW, Friday, Nov. 2 at 7pm
Sara won some tickets from a radio station and won’t be able to attend. The tickets will have to be picked up at Will Call at the Carpenter Center.
If you want the FREE TICKETS, please email Sara at …. If she doesn’t have anyone interested in them by tomorrow morning, she’ll call the radio station and see if they can give them to another listener.

Weekly Devotional – Tuesday November 6
There is a weekly devotional at the cornerstone worship center at 7pm.

Movie Night – Friday November 9
We ‘ll meet for a quick dinner at some fast food joint . Then we ‘ll head over to United Artists (behind home depot and BJs ) for a flick . Movie TBD . (Possibly “The Bee Movie ” or “Fred Clause “) Is anybody interested in this? So far I have not heard anyone say they’re planning to go. Anybody have recommendations for movies?

Cornerstone’s Harvest Festival – Saturday November 10
The whole congregation will be getting together for food, fun and fellowship at the worship center. Starts at 6:30pm. Talk to Sara about helping by bringing food or set up/clean up.

Team 2Tues6 – Tuesday November 13
There will not be a devotional this night. Instead Team 2Tues6 is a church wide planning session. Each ministry area sets up their tables to get things organized for future events and other things. iFit will be planning the group social events for the Jan – Mar time frame. Please plan to attend. And be thinking about fun things you would like iFit to do.

Java Jam – Friday November 16
Java Jam is essentially a game night , except we ‘ll be making some batches of iced coffee with multiple flavors of creamer and a bunch of toppings . Bring some board /card games , maybe some video games … who knows .

Prayer Requests
Here are some of the things that are on the hearts and minds of the iFit members. Please keep one another in your thoughts and prayers.

  • Tanja’s Sister and Nephew – going through some tough moral issues
  • Dean’s Family – communication and compassion
  • Dean – Job Search, but ultimately looking for where God wants him. Faithfulness and obedience
  • Mairim – for strength and support, specifically her mother
  • Mairim’s sister-in-law and baby, for health
  • Cheryl’s leg – for healing and that physical therapy will help
  • Mike’s sister-in-law’s father is having complications from cancer treatments
