Special Tough Questions Devotional with Dave Maxham - Tuesday January 29
Last year, Dave Maxham made a guest appearance to iFit. He lead a “Tough Questions” devotion regarding some tough things that Christians have to face and think about. Unfortunately, we had so many questions we couldn’t answer them all. So he is coming back for round two. We’ll try to get to the ones he didn’t answer, but if you have some new ones you’d like some help with, let me know and I’ll add them to the list. special devotional will be on Tuesday January 29th at our normal meeting time 7pm.

Weekly Devotional - Tuesday February 5
There is a weekly devotional at the cornerstone worship center at 7pm.

Guy/Girl Night - Friday February 8
The guys and girls will be splitting up! Oh noes! Anyways, the girls are gonna go off and do their thing, possibly some crafts or something for valentines day. The guys will go off and do their thing, possibly play poker or something. Activities are not in concrete, so if you have any ideas let me or one of the other leaders know. Be on the lookout for more info in the future.

Prayer Requests
Here are some of the things that are on the hearts and minds of the iFit members. Please keep one another in your thoughts and prayers.

* Justin (Tanja’s Nephew) and Debbie his Mother (tanja’s sister).
* Renee and her situations with friends, also being a newly web and managing time for husband, work, friends, church, etc.

Somerford Assisted Living and Alzheimer Care Center
Last weekend the iFit group had a wonderful opportunity to visit the Somerford center to spend time with the residence there. We sang a couple songs and played with Dean and Jessi’s cats. We really had a wonderful time. So now I post the question, is this an area that the iFit group should be continuously involved in? The iFitters that participated pretty much all agreed that this would be an excellent service project for the iFit group. Basically what this means is that every month or so the iFit group will go and spend about an hour with the residence there. The staff at the nursing home were excited to have us and welcomed us back on a regular schedule. The leaders of cornerstone have been impressed with iFit’s commitment to serve and are really excited to see what we decide.

Please be praying about this. Is this the direction that God wants ifit, and if so we just ask that He open the door for us.

If you have any questions, comments, or other thought regarding this iFit service project please email me. I am really interested in knowing what everyone thinks.
