May 22 - Weekly Devotional at 7:00pm
There will be a devotional on Tuesday, May 22 in the Cornerstone worship center. The lesson will be on how the Lord tests our hearts. Attached to this email are the notes for the devotional.

Saturday, May 26 - Sunset Tours Kayak Trip
Enjoy a relaxing paddle and the breathtaking view along the shores of the Gunpowder River while the sun slowly sets on the Bay.

The trip is from 6:00pm - 8:30pm on May 26 (Memorial Day Weekend) and we will meet at the church around 4:30pm to ride together. If you’re not at the church by 4:45pm, you’ll be left behind. We need to be there at 5:45pm and it is about a 50-60 minute to drive.

At this point, if anyone wants to do a last minute reservation, they should contact UWS directly (410-335-5352)

Bring these items:
Swimming Attire
Beach towel
Insect repellent
Water bottle, Snacks
Dry Clothes
windbreaker jacket or fleece top
Hat or sunglasses
Sandals or Water Shoes/Booties - NO BARE FEET!!
$3 for State Park entrance fee
no pets allowed

May 29 - Weekly Devotional at 7:00pm

Baseball Game, Orioles vs Diamondbacks - June 16
“Take me out to the ball game, take me out to the crowd, buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks….” iFit will be going to the Orioles vs Diamondbacks baseball game on June 16. Doug will be coordinating the event. Tickets will probably be around $20.

Prayer Requests
Here are some of the things that are on the hearts and minds of the iFit members. Please keep one another in your thoughts and prayers.

    Brandon’s Father - Recently had a heart attack and is undergoing surgery
    Cornerstone Kid’s - The church Sunday school is having a hard time finding teachers. Please keep this situation in your prayers. And if you feel like helping out, let Michael know and he’ll point you in the right direction of who to contact for more info.
    Mairim - pray for strength
    Michael - pray for strength with his career stuff
    Doug - has surgery on his ankle on Tuesday May 22.
    Tanja - pray for strength with job and finances
    Cheryl’s Dad - had gallbladder surgery on Friday the 18th

As a side note to prayer requests. The Cornerstone Internal Ministry is responsible for coordinating a prayer chain for the whole church. If you want more info or are interested in being a part of this, contact Tanja

Decorate the Board
There is a cork board in the hallway near the entrance doors for the worship center that is reserved to display information regarding iFit. Its has a couple fliers and such posted right now, but its really ugly. We need to spruce it up. Cheryl is going to bring some black cloth that we can cover the board with. If you have any other ideas and materials, bring them to the devotional and we’ll decorate the board.
